Bakersfield Christmas Parade crash trial postponed to December

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — The trial of an accused drunken driver who hit multiple spectators at the 2023 Bakersfield Christmas Parade has been postponed to December.

The trial of Alan Booth, 74, has been postponed numerous times. The latest delay — to Dec. 8 — was due to the medical unavailability of his attorney, Jeremy Brehmer.
