CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) — Former state lawmaker and Charleston-area attorney Marvin Pendarvis is set to appear in federal court on Tuesday for the first time after his indictment on fraud charges.
An arraignment hearing is scheduled for Nov. 18 at 10 a.m. at the U.S. District Courthouse in downtown Charleston.
