NEWPORT, Ky. (WXIX) – People are being asked to avoid an area in Newport due to a fire.
The Newport Fire Department said around 2 p.m. that crews are on scene of a fire on West 13th Street.
Video from the area shows large smoke plumes coming from the fire.
