ORLEANS COUNTY, N.Y. — A man is facing charges after the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office says he sent unwanted explicit images to a minor in Ohio.
The sheriff’s office says around Aug. 7, it is believed Nicholas Horn contacted a minor in Ohio and sent unwanted explicit images.
Horn was charged with obscenity and endangering the welfare of a child. According to the sheriff’s office, Horn contacted more than 170 people under similar circumstances…
