Someone has thrown fiery projectiles toward at least two San Bernardino County residences in the last month, causing concern for those living in the community.
The Gonzalez family told KTLA that, on two separate occasions, a person has thrown or fired projectiles at their home and another nearby home in their Fontana community.
According to one family member, Celeste Gonzalez, authorities have not been much help in the wake of the two frightening incidents at her home, which are said to have occurred around midnight on Oct. 18 (the Molotov) and around 6:10 p.m. on Nov. 15 (the flare gun).
“It’s just very unfortunate that this has now happened to another home,” Gonzalez lamented. “When [my neighbors] called police, they sent [investigators] out to take fingerprints and to do additional work. When it happened to my home, I was told to email the video. No one was sent out.”
