Downtown Pensacola just got a little sweeter, and a little boozier. Tipsy Scoop, the nationally acclaimed liquor-infused ice cream brand founded in New York City, has officially opened its first location in the Sunshine State. The new Tipsy Scoop Barlour, located at 194 N. Palafox Street, celebrated its debut on November 15 at 11 a.m., drawing excited locals eager to sample the city’s newest dessert destination.
The Pensacola Barlour is owned and operated by Pensacola natives Tony and Jen Lindberg, who are bringing the iconic concept to their hometown with a distinctly local twist.
