CONWAY, S.C. (WBTW) — An Horry County judge on Monday heard arguments in Conway to decide how a wrongful death lawsuit filed over a 2023 road rage shooting will proceed.
Back on Sept. 9, 2023, authorities say North Myrtle Beach business owner Weldon Boyd got into a shootout with Scott Spivey off Highway 9. Witnesses say Spivey tried to Boyd off the road while waving a gun out the window of his pickup truck.
