The Los Angeles Police Department shot a man who was allegedly armed and under the influence of drugs in Canoga Park Monday afternoon.
Officers responded to the 8300 block of Northgate Avenue just before 12:30 p.m. for reports of a person armed with a gun, Officer Cervantes said.
Footage shared to the Citizen app shows the scene is a residential area with multiple apartment buildings.
