BROCKPORT, N.Y. – Chaos erupted at Mason’s Pub and Pizzeria as the Brockport Police Department, State Liquor Authority (SLA), and Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) conducted a compliance check and raided the bar for underage drinking around 11 p.m. on October 18, 2025.
At a village board meeting on October 20, Brockport Police Chief Paul Wheat discussed the nearly 15-month investigation into Mason’s for serving underage patrons. Wheat, who was sworn in as chief in June 2024, said part of his mission has been to crack down on underage drinking in the village.
