MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Md. The Montgomery County police union is calling on officials to address what it describes as deplorable working conditions inside the county’s 4th District police station.

FOX 5’s Stephanie Ramirez reports more than 100 officers use the station as their base, along with at least six professional staff members. From the outside, the building appears fine, but union members say inside they face mold build-ups, sewage backups and even black sludge.
