Son fights tears as N.J. dad’s killer walks away with no jail time after fatal motorcycle crash

As he fought back tears, Tyler Chiarello denounced the sentence of probation given to the woman charged in a 2022 crash that killed his father.

“America’s justice system is allowing someone to get off after killing,” Chiarello told those gathered in a Cumberland County courtroom last month for the sentencing.
