(KRON) — One person was shot to death in Richmond Monday on the 1400 block of Bissell Avenue.
Multiple people told police they heard gunshots in the area at about 5:55 a.m.

“Officers were immediately dispatched and located an adult victim suffering from at least one gunshot wound,” Richmond PD said. “Despite lifesaving efforts, the victim was pronounced deceased at the scene.”
