CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG) – A man previously convicted of robbing a Cedar Rapids bank last year has now been sentenced for robbing two convenience stores.
Andrew Philip Derr, 23, was sentenced to 34 months and 29 days in federal prison. He will serve three years of supervised release following his sentence. The sentence will be served at the same time as his 20-year bank robbery sentence.
