More than 600 LES customers in south Lincoln lose power after vehicle hits utility pole

LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – More than 600 Lincoln Electric System customers in south Lincoln are without power Tuesday morning.

LES said shortly before 9:10 a.m. that a vehicle came into contact with a support wire and brought down a pole. Another pole was damaged in the incident.

Multiple crews are working to restore power from Centerpark Road to St. Michaels Road and from South 6th Street to South 20th Street…
