MCFARLAND, Wis. — The Dane County Medical Examiner’s Office has identified the 40-year-old man who died from a crash on eastbound U.S. Highway 14 from McCoy Road just north of Lacy Road in Fitchburg last week.
Law enforcement, including the Madison Fire Department, arrived at the scene shortly after 8:50 a.m. Thursday and found two vehicles with significant damage.
