Euless man arrested after thefts in Fort Worth and car chase into Dallas, according to Fort Worth Police Chief

FORT WORTH, Texas — Fort Worth police arrested a suspect overnight after a chase from Fort Worth into Dallas.

FWPD Chief Garcia posted on X, claiming that the suspect, 27-year-old Jaylyn Jessie from Euless, stole multiple catalytic converters. Garcia said officers spotted Jessie committing traffic violations and noticed “the Nissan he was driving that somehow had Cadillac plates on it.”

Chief Garcia added that the suspect fled from FWPD officers and made it all the way to Dallas before being stopped and arrested. Jessie is charged with evading arrest/detention, unauthorized possession of catalytic converters, failure to ID, as well as a separate warrant from out of town.
