FULTON, Wis. (WMTV) – The Wisconsin Department of Transportation announced Sunday that a 38-year-old Edgerton man has been arrested for a 4th offense OWI.
The driver was stopped by Wisconsin State Patrol for an alleged equipment violation around 11:30 p.m. Saturday near US Highway 51 and Kenlyn Lane in Fulton.
