The process for selecting a new Wichita city manager moves forward. Mayor Lily Wu tells KNSS News the three finalists will be interviewed Tuesday at Botanica, hoping to succeed Robert Layton, who is retiring. Wu says 89 people applied for the job, which is a big one; supervising more than 3,000 workers in 16 departments.
