BOISE, ID — A Caldwell couple has been sentenced to lengthy federal prison terms after investigators uncovered more than 24 pounds of methamphetamine linked to their distribution operation, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Idaho.
Ray Gordon Capistrant, 57, was sentenced to 120 months in federal prison, while Patricia Lynn Webber, also known as Patricia Lynn Capistrant, 56, received a 70-month sentence. Both were convicted of possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine.
According to court records, Idaho State Police began investigating the pair in December 2024 after receiving information that they were distributing methamphetamine in the Treasure Valley. Between December 2024 and January 2025, a confidential source purchased methamphetamine from Webber on four separate occasions at the couple’s shared residence.
