LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — A 73-year-old woman was hit and killed by a vehicle in the central Las Vegas valley last week.
On Thursday, Nov. 13, at around 8 p.m., officers with the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department responded to the intersection of Desert Inn Road and Brussels Street after reports of a collision.
Evidence at the scene showed that a 2016 Toyota 4Runner was traveling east on Desert Inn, approaching Brussels, in the left-most lane, while a 73-year-old woman was standing in the center shared turn lane of Desert Inn, crossing outside of a marked crosswalk…
