A Ferris wheel may come back to The Banks, per a new master plan marking the next stages of Cincinnati’s riverfront development.
A planning team selected by Hamilton County last spring presented a conceptual plan for filling out the rest of the five open lots at The Banks to the Hamilton County commissioners at their meeting on Nov. 18.
Andrew Broderick, a consultant with the Chicago firm Perkins and Will, said there’s potential for a plaza in front of the National Underground Railroad Freedom Center with a possible permanent Ferris wheel on the southern end of the plaza…
