Commissioner criticizes Ferris wheel idea near Freedom Center, calls it ‘disrespectful’

A Ferris wheel may come back to The Banks, per a new master plan marking the next stages of Cincinnati’s riverfront development.

A planning team selected by Hamilton County last spring presented a conceptual plan for filling out the rest of the five open lots at The Banks to the Hamilton County commissioners at their meeting on Nov. 18.
