FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WISH) — A vehicle on Tuesday night fatally hit a woman walking across Coliseum Boulevard, police said.
Fort Wayne Police Department was called just before 8:20 p.m. Tuesday to the 1200 block of State Road 930/North Coliseum Boulevard, a commercial area just north of the Maumee River.
Investigators think the woman was trying to cross the road when a southbound vehicle hit her. Police say the driver of the vehicle stopped immediately and called 911, and cooperated fully with the police investigation…
