Dauphin County, P.A. — Locals in downtown Harrisburg are calling for a stronger police presence after a man was hospitalized following an assault outside of a restaurant on Second Street.
Police said Isaiah Hill, 26, punched a woman in the back of her head, and then her husband, knocking him out.
