(WHTM) — In Dauphin County, there’s a group of volunteers giving children a voice in the foster system.
Dauphin County CASA recruits and trains volunteers for court-appointed special advocates who advocate for abused and neglected children. They compile reports that judges use in trials, and they act as a constant in the child’s life.
