MEMPHIS, Tenn. — The Memphis Safe Task Force has arrested a man they said tried to use a fake badge and ID to impersonate a Tennessee Bureau of Investigation agent.
Andrew Lee, 47, was charged with one count of criminal impersonation.
According to the U.S. Marshal’s Service, on November 14, members of the task force observed a silver Toyota Tacoma picking up a female pedestrian near an intersection before driving to a secluded area. They did not release the exact location.
