‘A game changer’: Pensacola mayor projects major economy shift if port proposal approved

PENSACOLA, Fla. — The City of Pensacola is pursuing a major request from Triumph Gulf Coast. The city is pitching one of its largest economic developments in history.

Mayor D.C. Reeves confirmed a major shipbuilding company headquartered in Denver, Colorado, has inquired about building a $250 million facility at the Port of Pensacola.
