One of the most highly anticipated restaurant openings in Virginia Beach finally arrived with the debut of Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers at the beginning of this month. The grand opening drew huge crowds, with eager customers lining up to try the popular national chain’s signature menu items.
Raising Cane’s is known for its simple but perfected lineup: crispy chicken fingers, crinkle-cut fries, buttery Texas toast, and the famous Cane’s Sauce. The lines wrapped around the building, forcing the crew to use the drive-thru for their review experience.
The review team, seniors Jacob Palmerton and Hank Brown, along with junior Jase Ludford, was joined by special guest reviewer junior Nico Seifert, who added extra insight to the tasting. The group praised the overall quality of the food, highlighting the chicken’s juiciness and crisp outer coating. Cane’s Sauce earned especially high marks for its bold, flavorful taste, which paired perfectly with every item.
