Haltom City is inviting residents and businesses to join the 2025 Neighborhood Decorating Contest. Participants are asked to display holiday decorations and have lights on by December 7, 2025. Registration forms must be submitted by December 1, 2025. Entry is free. The contest includes three categories: Best Use of Lights, Best Theme, and Judges’ Choice.
