NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — Mayor LaToya Cantrell’s attorney, Eddie Castaing, was back in federal court requesting her bond conditions, limiting contact with former New Orleans police officer Jeffrey Vappie, be lifted.
Both were indicted for allegedly misusing city funds in a conspiracy to hide their alleged romantic relationship.
