Wrong-way crash on Highway 169 leaves Shakopee woman dead

BLOOMINGTON, Minn. — A woman is dead after a wrong-way, three-vehicle crash on Highway 169 over the weekend.

It happened near Anderson Lakes Parkway in Bloomington Saturday night, according to Minnesota State Patrol.
