EUGENE, Ore. — On Tuesday November 18, at approximately 7:10 a.m., Eugene Springfield Fire Engine 6, which runs out of the Willakenzie Station, came across a vehicle fire on westbound Beltline while on the way to a medical call.
The involved vehicle was stopped outside of the lanes of travel but traffic was impacted by crews working on the vehicle.
A battalion chief and a water tender were tapped out as well…
