MASSILLON – City Council has given the green light to a property deal to help build an indoor sensory park for kids with special needs.
Council voted 8-0 during its Nov. 17 regular meeting to approve the sale, or donation, of one acre behind the Massillon Recreation Center, 505 Erie St. N, and adjacent to Regal Theater, 175 Cherry Road NW, for $1 to local businessman Ben Gulley for the planned project.
