ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) — Albany and Schenectady Counties have issued Code Blue alerts for Monday evening into Tuesday morning. County officials stated that with temperatures dipping below freezing Monday night, homeless residents can find shelters at locations throughout Albany and Schenectady.
