BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WBRC) – One person is dead after being hit while waking along an interstate in east Birmingham Wednesday morning.
The Jefferson County Coroner’s Office confirmed that the 32-year-old man was walking in the travel lanes of Interstate 20 West between Oporto Madrid Boulevard and 1st Avenue South when he was hit.
