Chattanooga man accused of threatening mosque expected to plead guilty

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn — A Chattanooga man accused of threatening a local house of worship is now planning to plead guilty, according to new court documents filed in federal court.

Robert Miller is charged in federal court after investigators say he called the Islamic Society of Greater Chattanooga earlier this year and told the person who answered the phone he was “going to kill” them.

Records say he also yelled “Hail Satan” during the call…
