Buffalo Exchange Plaza, located at 1210 Broadway, is being touted at Buffalo’s Newest Mini Mall. Currently, there is a sign-up underway for 30 available vendor spaces within the building. The organizers are seeking small business owners, creators, entrepreneurs, and anyone else that has been looking to operate amongst a community of like-minded movers and shakers.
In order to ensure the professional nature of the endeavor, marketeers are asked to have a business license and/or a vendor permit. Once set up, they must maintain a clean and professional marketplace area, and must be committed to community growth.
