State Representative Adam Mathews of Lebanon has announced new guidelines for Ohio’s Residential Economic Development District Program. The program is supported by $25 million in grants from House Bill 96. It is designed to help communities near major economic projects that adopt housing policies. The goal is to improve access to affordable and quality homes in Ohio.
