A local Erie business is continuing a tradition to help veterans with their homes.
Angelo’s Roofing held its fifth annual Roof A Vet tradition to help those who served their country.

Andy Vinca, owner of Angelo’s Roofing and Construction, said he felt the company needed to do this as a way to give back to the local veteran community.
“It’s important for me, I myself was not in the military, but a lot of my family and close friends have been in the military, and I feel like it’s an important recognition for everyone to realize, ‘Hey, we all need to give back to our veterans.’ And what better way to give them a free roof?” Vinca said.
