Neighbors see fewer crashes near temporary roundabout

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — Plans are moving forward to install a permanent roundabout in a northeast Grand Rapids neighborhood after residents voiced concerns about speeding, crashes and reckless driving.

The city installed a temporary roundabout at Coit Avenue NE and Guild Street earlier this year. Neighbors who live near there told News 8 they have had no major issues since the roundabout was put in place.
