DUNCANSVILLE, Pa. (WTAJ) — A missing 6-month-old was found last week during a statewide manhunt involving a York County fugitive, and new court documents reveal what led to the pursuit.
State police in numerous Pennsylvania counties are still searching for Pedro Luis Vega-Rivera after the kidnapping and recovery of his ex-girlfriend’s 6-month-old baby, who was kidnapped from York County.
According to charging documents, the 31-year-old had gotten into a domestic dispute with his then-girlfriend just days prior, and he was told to move out of her residence. While doing so, he allegedly stole the woman’s truck and another car.
The victim said she later went to the tattoo shop where he was employed to retrieve personal belongings, believing Rivera wasn’t there. The criminal complaint noted that Rivera had moved into a back room at the shop…
