Father of Lancaster teen charged in shooting sends threats to victim, her family: police

LANCASTER, Pa. (WHP) — A man is facing charges after allegedly threatening the family of an attempted homicide victim.

Police said Calvin Williams, 39, sent dozens of texts, social media messages and phone calls to the victims and their family for the arrest of his son, Jayquan Williams.
