ROANOKE, Va. (WSET) — The Roanoke Police Department said a woman was arrested after a hit-and-run that left a pedestrian dead from his injuries, almost a month after the crash.
On October 8 at approximately 7:34 p.m., officers responded to a pedestrian hit-and-run in the 1600 block of Hershberger Road NW.
