As what would have been Shadeed Hall’s 35th birthday approaches on November 21, his family is still searching for answers in his killing.
Hall was visiting his childhood neighborhood on the 2200 block of South Felton Street in South Philadelphia when he was shot and killed on July 24.
His family says they are hoping for closure…
