A woman and two young children died after a house fire broke out overnight in northern Philadelphia.

Around 1 a.m. local time on Tuesday, Nov. 18, a quick-moving fire started at a row home on the 3400 block of North Hope Street, according to NBC affiliate WCAU, CBS News and FOX affiliate WTXF.

The fire started in the kitchen and immediately spread to the other areas of the house, according to WCAU. When firefighters arrived at the scene, they saw flames on the first floor and smoke pouring out of the second-floor windows, WTXF reported…
