Randolph Whiting, convicted murderer of Margaret Anderson, is back in custody

WAUPACA COUNTY, Wis. (WBAY) – A man convicted for what many call the most brutal murder in Green Bay history is back in custody, according to the Wisconsin Department of Corrections.

65-year-old Randolph Whiting is being held at the Waupaca County Jail at the request of the Division of Community Corrections.

His probation and parole agent is investigating a possible violation of his rules of supervision…
