A St. Paul man jailed after a violent robbery is facing a new charge after he allegedly bit off his cellmate’s ear in the Ramsey County Jail last week.
Michael Anthony Lewis, 34, is charged with one count of first-degree assault in connection with the Nov. 10 attack at the jail in St. Paul.
