13-year-old who brought gun to Albuquerque middle school receives probation

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – A 13-year-old who brought a loaded gun to Jimmy Carter Middle School and threatened two students recieved his sentence on Tuesday.

APD charges 18-year-old in connection to body found in vehicle in North Valley

The teen previously admitted to unlawful carrying of a firearm on a school campus, two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, and unlawful possession of a handgun by a person under 19 for the incident at the school on May 21, according to Bernalillo County District Attorney Sam Bregman.
