WELLPINIT, Wash. — Spokane Tribal Police Department has recovered the body of a man who ran from law enforcement and jumped into the Spokane River to escape.
According to police, officers saw a 42-year-old man with multiple warrants out of Lincoln County, Stevens County, and Minnesota.
