Pierce County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a Yelm couple, with both defendants being accused of conspiring to kidnap a child, create and share child sexual abuse material and plan sexual offenses against minors.During the morning hours of Thursday, Nov. 13, detectives from the agency’s Internet Crimes Against Children unit arrested a man and a woman for planning to abduct a child and use them in child sex trafficking crimes. A 28-year-old female, later identified as Hailey Rose Davidson in court records on Monday, Nov. 17, was arrested at the 12000 block of Steele Street South in Tacoma. A 28-year-old male, also identified as William James Moore II on Monday, Nov. 17, was arrested at the 8800 block of Wilkensen Road Southeast in Yelm. According to PCSO, there was evidence that showed the couple was planning and plotting to kidnap a child.
