Clark County will recognize Battle Ground community leader Sharon Wodtke with the 2025 Silver Citizen Award for her service to local seniors. The annual award honors older adults who make significant contributions to the Clark County community.
Wodtke is the current president of the Board of Directors for Battle Ground Senior Citizens, Inc. She has been involved with the group since 2018, and under her leadership, has bolstered support for local seniors. The organization has grown from 90 to over 700 participants and serves up to 200 lunches each week to seniors.
